The Alabama Rural Water Association began in the '70s with onsite training services and has since expanded its offerings to meet the needs of Alabama Certified Water and Wastewater Operators. We intend to provide a training class that is never more than a 60 mile drive from any operator, each and every year.
At ARWA, we have professional staff that focus only on providing current, relevant training that will assist operators do their jobs each and every day. We also offer training for other folks in the water and wastewater industry as well, often at NO CHARGE!
Changes brought about due to COVID-19 have required us to stand up an addition to our training program in the form of interactive, live webinars. We will continue to plan our classes as if they were going to be held onsite, but these classes will be 'digitized' in a manner that will allow attendees to attend remotely via computer or smartphone. Hopefully we'll be able to return to onsite classes at some point, but we will continue to offer interactive webinars in order to expand our training offerings. We can't wait to have you at a training event very soon!
