ARWA Training Class

Cyber Security / PFAS Regulations / Emergency Response

In this course, the focus will be on tackling the various cybersecurity issues that are prevalent in the water industry. Additionally, you can expect to gain in-depth knowledge and coverage of PFAS regulations and testing, which is of paramount importance in this field. PFAS stands for per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances, which are a group of man-made chemicals that have been used in various industrial and commercial applications. They have been found to persist in the environment and can potentially have harmful effects on human health and the environment. This class will also cover the basic aspects of emergency response and the importance of having an associated plan.
